Tie Guan Yin is a splendid Oolong Tea that is always very popular as its unique elegance taste and beautiful aroma like orchid blossom. It is also one of Chinas top ten tea.
This is a full bodied tea half way between green and black tea. The tea leaves are partially fermented before frying, thus it has a creamy and highly enjoyable sweet-flowery character.

Tie Guan Yin tea is well known in helping to control diabetes, to lose weight, and is very refreshing. The southeast coast of China- Anxi is famous for producing this tea.
Recommended brewing method:
We recommend using Yixing tea pot or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Fill the teapot 5 - 8 grams. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 95°c for 1-2 minute before brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for 30 secends more for subsequent brewing. You can brew up to 6 times.
