Tie Guan Yin is a splendid Oolong Tea that is always very popular as its unique elegance taste and beautiful aroma like orchid blossom. It is also one of Chinas top ten tea.
This is a full bodied tea half way between green and black tea. The tea leaves are partially fermented before frying, thus it has a creamy and highly enjoyable sweet-flowery character.

Tie Guan Yin tea is well known in helping to control diabetes, to lose weight, and is very refreshing. The southeast coast of China- Anxi is famous for producing this tea.
Recommended brewing method:
We recommend using Yixing tea pot or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Using one tea bag, pour all the tea into the teapot. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 95°c for 1-2 minute before brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for 30 secends more for subsequent brewing. You can brew up to 6 times.
