  • About ordering

    At JADEsCHA, you can trust that we process your order as soon as possible. We ship all of our orders within two business days. If you place your order before 12pm business day, we will ship the order the same day; If you place your order after 12pm or in the weekends or national holidays, we will ship the order the next business day. If the order is out of stock, please allow us 5 business days to process your order.

    You will receive an order confirmation number and a tracking number of your shipment via email.

  • About shipping cost and delivery time

    At JADEsCHA, we put ourselves in your shoes, so we try our best to help you to receive your order quickly and safely in a cost-effective way. If you purchase more than $70 per order, you will benefit for our free shipping policy for standard delivery in Canada; if your order is less than $70, don’t worry, we provide fixed rates for all of our Canadian and US shipments.

    We ship through CANADA POST and FEDEX for all of our orders, you will receive your tracking number by email after check out, and then you can track your shipment status through Canada Post http://www.canadapost.ca or FedEx http://www.fedex.com.

We provide you a fixed shipping rate at $30, please allow 9-12 business days to arrive; if you would like to have your shipment delivered over night, we provide you an express service at $60, and it will take7- 9 business days to arrive.

  • About change and return

For sure, we would like to see every client is happy with their purchase, but if you find it’s not what you want, or you just change your mind. Please feel free to let us know, we will be glad to change it for what you want, or reimburse your money as you required. You have up to 30 days to ask for return. Please note that our tea products do not comply with this policy if the original package is opened.

 

Please send us an email to info@jadescha.com regarding your situation prior to returning the package. This might prevent unnecessary shipping costs for both parties. Once confirmed, we will provide you our warehouse address for return. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return to ensure correct credit will be issued. Once the returned package arrives at our company, please allow another 1 week for the refund to be processed. Please indicate the reason(s) of your return on your invoice or the purchase summary to help us better serve your needs.
